Sara, Have Ring, Will Travel
Sara came to travel from destination-wedding photography, where she had already seen firsthand how much better the wedding experience could be with the right travel-advisor support. When frequent travel no longer fit life with young children, she joined my team in late 2022.

She was one of the first advisors I mentored closely. We focused on group travel, destination-wedding process, workflows, automations, and the business foundations that would let her serve clients well without reinventing everything from scratch.

In 2023, Sara surpassed $100,000 in commissions. In 2024, she reached approximately $150,000. By 2025, she was ready to launch independently and continues to be recognized by our host agency as a top-selling, top-earning advisor.

The result: a business that gave her more control, stronger income, and the confidence to grow independently.

Janice: From Curious About Groups to Five Group Bookings

Janice and I connected through our shared host agency. After seeing me mention that group travel could be a powerful growth path, she reached out with one simple question: How do I actually do it?

We lived near-ish each other, so I coached her through the process via phone calls and Facebook messages, breaking down how to identify the right group opportunities, position herself as the solution, and pitch her services in person.

Rather than relying on generic social-media posts and hoping the right clients found her, Janice created custom marketing tailored to the groups she wanted to attract. Within a year, she had booked five groups through that approach. I remember when she called me so excited, this was her retirement project and she was breaking $50K with her group travel niche.

The result: Janice gained a repeatable, relationship-based way to generate group business without depending on standard social-media content to do the selling.

Natasha, Serenity Sand & Seas Travel: One Conversation, 50 Couples a Year

Natasha and I connected through one of my courses. During a live Q&A, we talked about finding clients beyond the usual “post consistently and hope someone books” approach.

I encouraged her to start with a relationship she already had: her church community. We mapped out how she could approach her pastor, introduce a group-travel opportunity to the congregation, and make the conversation feel helpful rather than sales-driven.

That one conversation became a powerful source of business. Natasha is now successfully books approximately 50 couples per year through that connection. And it's still growing. I send her random retreat host ideas via WhatsApp, because I want to see her truly succeed.

She still uses social media, but she learned a larger business lesson: your market is not limited to the people who happen to see your posts. Often, the strongest opportunities are in the communities and relationships you already have access to.

The result: a single relationship-based outreach strategy became a consistent, high-value booking channel.

Sh’Nee Smith, Blissfully Demure Travel

Sh’Nee is a current mentee who came into our work together looking for clarity around social media: how to identify her ideal client, create content that genuinely resonates with her, and use online marketing with purpose instead of simply posting to be seen.

We began by refining her ideal-client profile and adjusting her content to speak directly to the woman she believes she is called to serve. Since social media is where Sh’Nee expects many of her ideal clients to find her, the focus is not just on posting more—it is on creating messaging that helps the right people recognize that she understands them.

During one of our conversations, I shared part of my larger mission: helping women build travel businesses that support them as they become Proverbs 31 wives. Sh’Nee then sent me a photo of her daily affirmations. Written on her dry-erase board was: “Proverbs 31 Woman.”

That moment made the alignment clear. Sh’Nee is not just building a travel agency; she is building a business that supports the woman she wants to become.

Our current 90-day goal is specific: three paid destination-wedding planning fees. We are only two weeks into our work together, but she is already gaining greater clarity in her messaging, audience, and content direction.

This story is still being written—but it reflects the kind of mentorship I believe in: practical strategy, personal alignment, and a business built to support the life you are called to create.
