By enrolling in our online courses, programs, or coaching services (“Services”), you (“Student”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making your purchase.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified in a payment plan agreement.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Students are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion, or transaction fees.

3. Refund Policy

For any purchase over $100.00, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Purchases under $100.00 are non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

To request a refund, Students must submit a written request to [email protected] within the 14-day period.

Refunds will be considered based on the Student’s progress in the course or coaching program.

Any payment processing fees incurred during the initial purchase or refund transaction will be the Student’s responsibility and deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are not guaranteed if the Student has completed a substantial portion of the program or if course materials have been fully accessed/downloaded.

4. Access & Use of Services

Course and coaching materials are provided for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.

Access to Services is non-transferable.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for their own participation, progress, and implementation of strategies taught.

Results from coaching and courses are not guaranteed, as success depends on individual effort and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and coaching resources are the intellectual property of Alexandrite & Sapphire LLC. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using our Services. By enrolling, Students acknowledge that results may vary. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of our Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any material changes.
